At SINGER®, we stand behind the quality of our sewing machines and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest order lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all included accessories, manuals, and power cables to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned machine, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
